Include your account email, the affected short URL and a description of what happened. Screenshots or the exact error text can help. Never send passwords, Google sign-in codes, session cookies, API keys or payment-card details.
If a subscription return page shows a missing sandbox, reopen the current Preview and check your plan before paying again. Review the amount and payment mode in Stripe Checkout before confirming a payment.
What happens to form submissions?
The contact form saves your name, email and message for review in the URLBit admin inbox. It is not a live chat and does not promise an immediate email reply. No fixed support hours or response time are currently advertised.
Privacy and account requests
Use this contact address to ask about access, corrections or deletion of your data. An administrator removing account access retains the account and link records; it is not the same as erasing data.
